And even if I don’t dig Skoda models, there are a few that are worth talking about, like the Skoda Octavia RS, quite a nice family car with some pretty good muscles under the hood. However, in the hands of ABT Sportsline, this lad seen here below, can become quite impressive.

First off, the Skoda Octavia RS by ABT Sportsline has now been enhanced with aftermarket goodies, like bespoke suspension springs which increase its stance and bring it closer to the ground by 20mm, adding as well their special new wheels, sized 19 x 8.5 and wrapped in 225/35 high-performance tires.

Inside, the cabin stays pretty much the same as the standard model, however it does stand out from the crowd with some new features like sports seats and special floor mats.

Moving under the hood where the real action is, the aftermarket specialists from German tuner ABT Sportsline have updated the car`s engine by installing their special engine control module.

In the standard mode, the new Skoda Octavia RS comes with a 2,0-liter TSI engine which develops no more than 230 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque. However, with the tuner`s new engine module, the RS is now outputting a good 311 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque.

With this kind of new power and torque, the Skoda Octavia RS by ABT Sportsline is definitely the best candidate when it comes to going full throttle at the traffic lights on its way to the kindergarten to pick up the kids in a hurry.
